                        Full Time Counsellor

 An exciting opportunity to join our team at Caerphilly Borough Mind, initially for 6 months, extended if further funding is secured 

Requirements

 · Counselling qualification at diploma or higher level 

 · At least 1 year post qualification experience.

 · Be a member, or working towards membership, of BACP or equivalent professional body

 · Experience of managing a 1 to 1 case load and managing own diary

 · Good time management with the skills to prioritise workload as necessary

 · Possess the necessary skills to support a small group of trainee counsellors 

 · Experienced in clinical notes management

 · Experience in electronic filing and systems/processes
