Counselling is a skilled way of helping individuals with personal issues and difficulties.

Counsellors are trained to listen and to help you make the changes you wish for in your life.

The counsellor works with you to help you make sense of your difficulties and move forward in your life.

To benefit from counselling you need to be ready and able to commit to attending regular sessions and engage in the process with your counsellor.

Your counsellor will not judge you or tell you what to do. She or he is there to help and encourage you. At Caerphilly Borough Mind we offer counselling to men and women aged 18 and over and resident in Caerphilly.

Thanks to funding from ABUHB we are able to offer a free service. Sessions last between 50 minutes and 1 hour.
